  • Packaging: Pack the product securely, ensuring it is protected from damage during transit. If we found product damaged during transit, we’ll not refund the amount in any case. Include all original accessories and documentation.
  • Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe arrival of the returned product.
  • Inspection: Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria.
